THE DOMAINE FAMILIAL LOUIS DUPONT |

Located in Pays d'Auge, a part of Normandie well known for the quality of its agricultural products, the Dupont Family runs since 4 generations a 50 hectares Domain, of which 30 hectares of apple ciders orchards. The soils of the Domain, mainly marls and marly chalks, produce fruits with low yields that are rich and complex, that allows to produce a large range of traditionnal and innovative gastronomical products. |

BOUCHÉ Produced
accordingly to the local tradition, the cidre bouché fermier is
unpasterized, slightly hazy with some sedimentation. |

ORGANIQUE Produced like our cidre bouche the "organic" cider is made with organic apples and has no sulfites added. Unpasterized, hazy with sedimentation. |
CIDRE RÉSERVE Produced like our cidre fermier, our cuvée réserve ages for another 6 months in oak casks that have been used to age our calvados. This “affinage” adds strength, and complexity. |

The Domaine Familial Louis Dupont exports 70% of its products, calvados as well as ciders. In France, just as in other countries, you will find our bottles in specialized liquor stores, cellars and the best restaurants. Ciders (the whole range or part of the range): Belgium, Denmark, England, Germany, Holland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Norway, Russia, Singapour, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United-States of America. The
apples we use are specific to Calvados - they are apples
from a small region of Normandy : the Pays d'Auge. The soils of the Pays
d'Auge are clayee and marly. As those soils are very poor, they restrict
the growth of the trees.

Cidre
Cuvée Colette has been made using the champagne method. The topping up
liquor after disgorgement is based on cider. 
Givre
is a sweet apple wine from Normandy exclusively produced by Domaine Dupont.
Givre has a unique sweetness and aromatic richness. 
Calvados
Cream is a well balanced blend of a young fruity 2 years old calvados and a
light and sweet cream liquor.
The
Pomme Captive contains a nice apple maturing in a young Calvados. To
achieve this nice presentation, the carafe is hung at the branches whilst
the apples are still small enough to ...
