Calvados Cream 

     

Two different packagings available

 

Ingredients: Calvados is a blend of 2 years old calvados at 69%, cream liquor, sugar and caramel.

Elaboration: The Calvados is  blended with the cream liquor, the sugar and the caramel.

Shelf life: Calvados cream can be kept closed for 2 years. Once opened, Calvados cream needs to be kept in a refrigerator  and drunk within 6 months.

Color: Cafe latte.

Aspect: Creamy.

Nose: Sweet, caramel and apple aromas. 

Taste: Creamy, smooth. Aromas of caramel, apple and vanilla.

As an aperitif or after diner drink:  Cold on ice.

For Cooking: delicious as a coating for apple cakes, ice cream.
